Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

kirby cafe booking is a third-party reservation agency that assists users in securing reservations at Kirby Café. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Kirby Café, Nintendo, or HAL Laboratory.

We use public booking platforms on your behalf to make reservations based on your request.

2. Reservations and Payments

• To use our Service, you must submit a request and pay the applicable service fee. The fee may vary depending on the number of guests, desired reservation date, and demand.
• If your request involves a date that is already open for public reservation (such as those shown in black or orange on the Kirby Café website), and we are unable to secure the reservation, a management fee of ¥250 (or equivalent in your payment currency) will be charged, and the rest will be refunded.
• If your requested date is not yet open and we fail to secure the reservation once it becomes available, you will receive a full refund.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel your request before the reservation is secured, but a ¥250 handling fee will apply.
• Once a reservation has been successfully made, cancellations or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Please double-check your availability before submitting a request.

4. Refunds

• If we are unable to secure your reservation within 24 hours after the reservation date opens, we will initiate a refund using your original payment method, minus any applicable management fees as noted above.
• No refunds will be provided once the reservation is successfully secured, even if you cannot attend.

5. No Guarantee of Availability

• While we make every effort to fulfill requests, we cannot guarantee a successful reservation due to extremely limited availability.
• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from unsuccessful bookings, schedule changes, or system errors on the official Kirby Café site.

6. User Obligations and Proper Use

• You agree to use the Service in a lawful, responsible manner.
• You must not submit false or misleading information, or use the Service for resale, commercial exploitation, or unauthorized purposes.
• Any misuse of the Service may result in denial of service, cancellation of reservations without refund, or legal action.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
• We are not responsible for cancellations or changes made by Kirby Café or issues caused by their system or policies.

9. Intellectual Property

"Kirby," "Kirby Café," and related trademarks and images are the intellectual property of Nintendo and HAL Laboratory. We use these names only to describe the destination of your reservation and make no ownership claims.
